Getting the Perfect Fit
We get it, getting the perfect wedding dress fit can be nerve-racking. In an effort to make your experience with Myers Park Tailors a dream, our team will guide you as much or as little as you’d like through our process with recommendations, options and as many fittings and re-fittings as you’d like! All we ask is that you bring your shoes! Want to bring a group? Just let us know in the comments and we’ll have the champagne on ice when you arrive :)
Initial Consult & Dress Fitting
For your first appointment, we’ll have about 30 minutes for a consultation. We’ll get you in your wedding dress, review the changes you’d like to make and walk you through any recommendations we have to make your dress absolutely P-E-R-F-E-C-T!
From there, we’ll provide a quote and if you’re ready, we’ll get to work!
First Round of Alterations
At your second fitting, we will block off another 30 minute session with you. We’ll have you re-try on your dress to confirm fit and if there are additional alterations or updates we should make! (We may even have your gown ready for you that day!)
We will also spend a few minutes reviewing your big day dress prep (steaming & pressing and schedule your next fitting.
Fitting 3 (if needed)
Your last fitting(s) will last 20-30 minutes. We’ll have you try on your wedding dress to check fit (and comfort!).
If we’ve found the Perfect Fit, we’ll share some wisdom on dress care, bustle instructions or any specifics related to your Wedding Dress!

This review is long overdue, but I cannot overstate how amazing Myers Park Tailors was with my wedding dress. I came to them a few weeks before my wedding in a panicked state with one wedding dress that another tailor had botched and I didn't think I would be able to wear as well as a new dress I had ordered since I thought the first dress was a lost cause. They were so incredibly kind (even dealing with my tears) and were willing to either completely re-do my first dress or tailor my second dress all just a few weeks before my wedding (or both if I had wanted!). I ended up deciding to have them tailor the second dress -- they were the ultimate hype team when I did a fashion show of both dresses for them and helped me choose. Even though I was able to fix my first dress by going back to the tailor who did a poor job with it and wore it for my ceremony, Myers Park Tailors did such an amazing job on the second dress that I wore it for my reception and it allowed me to party all night. I highly recommend them for anything and everything you might need! They are so talented in addition to being the kindest souls. I will use them any time I need a tailor!

Thank you for making my husband look SO fine! Mr. Nassar sat down with us to talk all about what style and color we wanted for my husband’s suit. After measurements, we were given an approximate day his custom suit would be finished. We received a phone call earlier than expected and came for pickup. Everything fit perfectly and I was so excited to see the results at the wedding. He was looking the most handsome I’d ever seen him. I also thought it was a lovely detail that they included his name on the jacket’s tag. We’re planning on coming back next year for another custom suit!

October 22, 2022I could not express how amazing everyone here is! I took my MOB gown which was 2 sizes to big since I lost weight after my purchase. I was so worried and thought my dream gown couldn’t be fixed as it lace with detail gems. Myers Park Tailors seamstress and Hannah was beyond amazing, fixed my gown and made it more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It fit like it was made especially for me. I had so many compliments on the gown and how beautiful it looked on me. Thank you for making me feel and look so amazing.
